Housing Opportunity Foundation Humanitarian Award
The Humanitarian Award was established in 2007 to annually recognize individuals, groups or projects that make outstanding contributions through their knowledge, skills and services on behalf of others, and that have greatly enhanced the quality of life in this community. Anyone in the community can apply.

Leadership Development Program Scholarships
Diversity Council Scholarships – The Leadership Development Program (LDP) can accept five full scholarships for Diversity advisory group members to participate in LDP. The current chair of the Diversity Council must submit a letter of recommendation to the LDP Committee chair for each nominee. Nominees must complete the LDP application forms and any other paperwork that is needed. All nominees are reviewed for acceptance into the program.

Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association Housing Opportunity Foundation – Fair and Affordable Housing Advisory Council (FAHAC) Scholarship – At the discretion of FAHAC, any graduate of the Workforce Housing Certificate Program is eligible to receive this scholarship, provided that the nominee has been invited to participate in LDP.
