CMLS offers wireless access to current listing data through Web-enabled mobile devices. This service is called CMLS Lite.

Imagine you are touring a neighborhood with your buyer and you see a property for sale that for some reason did not appear on your printed reports. Your buyer asks for information on the property. What can you do? You can access MLS information via your Web-enabled mobile devices in just seconds.

What It Is
Access to limited MLS data for Web-enabled mobile devices via a specially designed, low-profile Web site.

What It Isn’t
This service is not meant to provide full access to the TEMPO system. It is meant to provide access to members who need limited-listing information while on the go. It can be access only from Web-enabled mobile devices such as Treos, Blackberries, Sanyos, Nokias, etc. If you attempt to access CMLS Lite from a standard desktop or laptop PC, you’ll be redirected to the full TEMPO system.

Will It Work On My Device?
CMLS Lite wireless access was meant to work on any wireless device that is Web enabled or Web capable. Plainly put, if you can turn on your device, open a browser and go to any Web site, then you should have no problems accessing CMLS Lite. If your device presents a menu with sports, news and weather, instead of a browser, your device is probably not capable of accessing CMLS Lite.

How Do I Access CMLS Lite?
Turn on your device and open its Web browser. Go to www.CMLSLite.com. The first screen you see will be the login screen. Enter the same credentials that you use to access TEMPO and click "Login." Once you are logged in, you’ll be presented with a menu of options.
