CMLS contracts with Centralized Showing Service (CSS) to provide showing services as a member benefit to all CMLS Subscribers. CSS helps Realtors® simplify the showing-appointment process by providing one phone number for scheduling showings. As a CMLS Subscriber, CSS services are included in your quarterly fees.
CSS Availability
Subscribers can schedule numerous showings in only a few minutes with CSS’ call center or www.showings.com. The local number is 704-549-0002. Outside the local area, the toll-free number is 866-549-0002. Call-center hours are 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sundays. The CSS Web site is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Agents can schedule showings overnight for the next day (allowing for a two-hour delay for actual scheduling). If you need to cancel or reschedule your showing tours, you can simply call or use the CSS Web site.
A Single Web Site
A link to the CSS Web site will be placed on each individual listing report in the TEMPO system. You can also edit showing instructions for your listings or provide feedback for listings you’ve shown.
Personalized CSS Home Page
On your personalized CSS home page, you’ll have “Showings on Your Listings” and “Showings for Your Buyers” links with direct access to your listings.
Reports
Many valuable reports are available to you as a CSS user. You can send sellers reports of showings and feedback on a daily or weekly basis, or allow your sellers to log in to the Web site themselves to view their showing histories and feedback. You can also run market statistics to see the showing activity of a particular price range or MLS area.
Listing Journals, Announcements
You can maintain a listing journal. The journal can be used to archive activities and tasks that you’ve performed on listings, and can be shared with your seller to keep him or her updated on your progress. Listing announcements allow you to send a message with a photo of the house to all or some of the showing agents who have shown your listing.

The technical support phone number for CSS is 704-367-6002 and is available 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
My Page, Centralized Showing Service
Now under the My Page menu there is a link called "Centralized Showing Services." When you click on this link, the system automatically logs you into CSS' (www.showings.com) online access.
Add/Edit, Edit Listings
The option "Showing Service" has been removed from the Showing Instructions field. The Appointment Phone will automatically default to the CSS appointment phone number when entering a new listing. The Appointment Phone field is editable. If you do not want to use the CSS phone number simply remove the default number and update.
Add/Edit, Property List
A new button called "Showing Instructions" will be added to the Property List page as an option. This will log you into CSS online for the listing(s) selected. Once you have a new active listing in the system, it takes up to 30 minutes for the listing to update to CSS.
Add/Edit, Save Confirmation
When saving a listing from the Edit page, you will now have a link to CSS on the Save Confirmation page.
Agent Full Report
A new CSS icon has been added to the Listing Information section on the Agent Full Report. This icon will allow you to log in to CSS online and set up a showing for that listing. The CSS icon will appear on listings that have CSS' 704 or 800 phone number as the appointment phone number. If the appointment phone number is different, the CSS link will not appear.
Agent Brief Report
A new CSS icon has been added to the Listing Information section on the Agent Brief Report. This icon will allow you to log in to CSS online and set up a showing for that listing.
