The TEMPO system is a Web-based MLS solution provided by First American MLS Solutions. It provides access to thousands of residential listings in 10 counties, including the high-growth Charlotte area. The TEMPO system includes 11 years of history data, a CMA function, custom report generation, data downloading, online tax data and prospecting. CMLS Subscribers receive regular information updates on the MLS and technology issues through the TEMPO Agent Desktop, "e-Headlines" and Realtor® Reflections magazine.
TEMPO User’s Minimum System Requirements
- 1.0 GigaHertz Pentium III-class CPU or greater recommended; minimum 450 MegaHertz Pentium III CPU required
- 512 Mb RAM or higher recommended
- Super VGA (1024x768) or higher resolution video adapter and monitor
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista). No other browsers are supported.
- A high-speed Internet connection
