The official designated CMLS service area comprises 10 counties – Alexander, Anson, Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Stanly and Union – and the city of Kannapolis. The Realtor® associations in these counties have designated CMLS as their primary MLS. However, CMLS will accept listings from anywhere within reason. CMLS has listings in many other counties but is not the primary MLS in those counties.
