The following changes are scheduled to occur with our Wednesday, August 26, 2009 publish.

Enhancement	CMA Wizard	Highlights of the new CMA include an intuitive wizard to help you build a custom CMA presentation with editable reports, maps, graphs and themes.	Unable to edit old-format CMAs The CMA history is available under the "Reports" menu option in TEMPO. Beginning Aug. 26, old-format CMAs will only have the "View" and "Delete" options. "View" will allow you to view and print the completed report. You will not be able to edit older reports. CMAs only stored for one year Beginning Aug. 26, CMAs will be stored in TEMPO for only one year. Must have Adobe Flash installed To run the new CMA Wizard, you must have Adobe Flash Player installed. When you run the new CMA Wizard for the first time, you might be prompted to install the Adobe Flash Player if you don’t already have it. Enhancement	Add/Edit and Search (New Field)	The new "Special Conditions" field will make it easier to search for properties disclosed as bank-owned, short-sale, In Foreclosure Process, etc.	This is a required field when entering a listing. It is a multi-select field. The field choices are Bankruptcy, Estate, HUD, In Foreclosure Process, None, Relocation, REO/Lender Owned, Short Sale/Subject to Lender Approval, Subject to Court Approval and VA. The Special Conditions field provides the ability to search for these type listings (on the Quick Search page toward the bottom) while minimizing liability because the Special Conditions field and options will not appear on any MLS-provided report, similar to how actual square footage is hidden.
Enhancement	Add/Edit, Search, Reports (New Field)	The new field "Green Certification" will assist listing agents with mostly new construction the opportunity to list entities that evaluate and certify a dwelling as environmentally friendly. have received a "Green" certificaton.	This is not a required field. It is a multi-select field. The field choices are EarthCraft House, Environment for Living, Energy Star, LEED Home, NAHB National Green Building Standard and NC Healthy Built Homes.
Enhancement	Add/Edit, Search, Reports (New Field)	The new field "HERS Index" will allow members to enter the Home Energy Rating System Index. The HERS Index is a scoring system established by the Residential Energy Services Network	This is not a required field. The field will only except number between 0 and 100. The lower a home's HERS Index, the more energy efficient it is. For more information visit www.energystar.gov
Enhancement	Reports, Archive History	The DOM (Days On Market) is now a link available on Full Reports, clicking on this link will open a new window with archive history based on the address of the listing you are viewing.	The DOM link is found in the Listing Info section of the Full Report.
Enhancement	New Reports	"Full Report w/Media" and "Customer Full Report w/Media" are new reports that will allow you to view and print the report and media page.	Previously you had to print the full report, then print the media page separately. Now you can select these reports when searching and print both the report and media page at once.
Enhancement	Reports	The Full Reports will now display a link called "Open House Available" if an open house is available for that listing.	If an open house is available the link will appear in the Listing Info section of the Full Report.
Enhancement	Add/Edit, Reports (Status)	The statuses Contingent and Conditional have been renamed to "Contingent Continue to Show" and "Conditional Continue to Show" on the agent and customer reports. The definition for these statuses along with the Pending status are also available as a link to definition of the status on agent and customer reports.	Upon changing the status of a listing to contingent, conditional or pending the system will pop up a window that displays the definition with the options to click on OK or Cancel. This was done in effort to educate members on how to properly use and understand these statuses.
Fix/Correction	Customer Reports	The label for list price (LP) has been removed from customer reports that are submitted as auction listings.	Auction listings have different options to describe the pricing and List Price (LP) does not properly represent the dollar amount entered for auction listings. The Auction/Bid Info field has options that describe the dollar amount and those options are displayed below the dollar amount.
Fix/Correction	Mapping	TEMPO mapping was updated last publish to allow printing the zoomed in version of the map. With this enhancement some functionality was lost. You could no longer create your own text and columns such as beds, baths, list price, sales price was missing. This information is now available when printing a map.

Enhancement	Member Roster	Member license numbers have been added to the member roster information page.	When clicking on any agents name to get their contact information the license number will be displayed.
Enhancement	Menu Navigation	The height of the navigation sub-menus at the top of the window (My Page, Add/edit, Search, etc) have increased.
Fix	Client Gateway	Client Gateway headers (Just Listed, Back On Market, Price Increase, Price Decrease, and "This property is no longer available…") are now updating properly.	When the prospect views the client gateway for a specific search the system will remove any headers (just listed, price increase/decrease, back on market, and "This property is no longer available...") the next day. IF the prospect does not view the client gateway within 7 days from the last time it was viewed, the headers will be removed automatically by the system.
Fix	Financial Sheet	The MIP (1 month) calculation was incorrect on the buyers closing cost financial sheet. It has been correct to calculate like the following: ((Principal amount * .005)/ 12)	The Monthly PMI or MIP calculation has also been fixed.
Fix	Mapping	Listing status for Rentals on print map page – Previously the rental status was displaying “Auction” instead of “Available” on the map print page. This has been corrected.
Fix	Media	Previously if a listing only had a PDF/RTF file attached with no picture the system would display the media as a dead link. A valid link is now available on listings that have no picture but does have other type of media attached.
Fix	Prospect List page	The prospect import function was not working properly. During an import of a file with contacts (tab separated value) the process would return an error. Importing is now working properly.
Update	Add/Edit - New Field option	The option "Workshop" has been added to the “level room” fields (main, upper, lower, third, basement)	This option is available in the property category Single Family and Condo/Townhouse.
Update	Add/Edit - New Field option	The option "Fitness Center" has been added to the field "Community Features."	This option is available in the property category Single Family Condo/Townhouse and Rentals.
Update	Add/Edit - New Field option	The option "Craftsman" has been added to the field "Style".	This option is available in the property category Single Family Condo/Townhouse and Rentals.
Update	Add/Edit - New Field option	The option “Other” has been added to the field "Foundation".	This option is available in the property category Single Family Condo/Townhouse and Rentals.
Update	Custom Report - New Field Available	The "Selling Agent" field is now an available field when creating a custom report.
Update	Mapping - Printing	TEMPO™ Microsoft Virtual Earth mapping has been updated with the ability to print your desired zoomed version of the map. Previously the system automatically printed the map with a default zoomed version.	A few fields are missing from the map print page (MLS# Beds, Baths). These columns will be added in a future update along with possible map pointer updates as well.
Update	Reports - Auction Listings	LP (list price) has been removed from the full and brief reports for auction listings . This was removed because the price displayed may not represent the list price, The price listed could be the actual list price, assessed value, market value or a starting bid. Update/Fix	CMA Wizard	The Suggested list price field will no longer auto-populate from the Avg Adj Sales Price (Step #7 in the CMA Wizard). The suggested list price is now just an average of the adjusted sales price	The Total HLA is now adjusted only by the dollar amount that is entered by the agent in the adjustment column which previously affected the Avg Adj Sales Price.

"Boat Slip (Deed)" implies it conveys with the property. " Boat Slip (Lease/License)" implies that you have right of first refusal, but that one is available if you want to sign the lease outside of the purchase of a property.
Enhancement	TEMPO™ Mapping	Driving Directions has been updated.	You can map up to 8 locations but now there is an option to search routes by longest distance, shortest distance, w/highways w/o highway, etc. You can also add in public destinations.
Enhancement	Field name change.	"Total Fin HLA" to "Total HLA".	We have changed the name of the field Total Fin HLA (Total Finished Heated Living Area) to "Total HLA". CMLS believe having Finished and Heated is redundant so we removed Finished. We also changed the level rooms for example we have changed "Upper Heated SqFt" to "Upper HLA". The new field names will appear on the Add/Edit page, search page, search result page and reports.

Update	Add/Edit	The option "Bedroom 3/Bonus" has been added to the fields for all level rooms (main, upper, lower, third, basement)
Update	Add/Edit	The option "Onsite Agent" has been added the field Showing Instructions
Update	Add/Edit	"Showing Instruction" field option "Showing Service" is now available. This field option was initally removed in February since Centralized Showing Service (CSS) became the CMLS showing service.
Enhancement	TEMPO™ Mapping	TEMPO™ mapping has been updated to Microsoft Virtual Earth.	Please see additional documentation on how to use Microsoft Virtual Earth Mapping.

The following changes are scheduled to occur with our Thursday, March 27, 2008 publish.

Business Change	Reports and Search Results (Square Footage Range)	The display of square footage on all non-closed listings in the TEMPO system will change to a range.	Each member should carefully read the Square-Footage Information to become familiar with changes and responsibility. Click here for more information on SqFt range.
Business Change	Customer Reports	The Builder and Model fields have been removed from New Construction listings for Customer Reports.	Displaying the Builder and Model information for customer reports is seen as a branding issue. To stay in compliance with CMLS Rules and Regulations (section 1.8) this was removed from Customer reports.
Enhancement	Add/Edit - Edit	New option "On Demand water heater" has been added to the field HVAC.
Enhancement	My Page - Office Broker - Office Participation	This area has been updated where as each broker-in-charge may choose to send listing data including or excluding street addresses on listing data sent to the IDX program or publically accessible Web sites.	The current office participation defaults will stay the same.
Enhancement	Media Page - Virtual Tour	The link that usually displays the virtual tour address has been changed to "Click Here for Virtual Tour".
Fix	Quick Search - Download	The download option on the Quick Search page has been sporadically duplicating listing information into the download. This has been fixed.
Fix	Printing Temporarily Off Market Reports	TOM reports were printing on two pages due to the formatting of the report. This has been resolved.
Fix	My Page - Preferences - Email Preferences	The signature text box has been enlarged to better view and edit your e-mail signature.
Update	TEMPO™ Report Editor	The TEMPO™ Report Editor has been removed due to issues with the new square footage range fields and low utilization.

The following changes are scheduled to occur with our Tuesday, February 19, 2008 publish.

Enhancement	My Page - Centralized Showing Service	Now under the My Page menu there is a link called "Centralized Showing Services".	When clicking on this link the system will automatically log you into CSS (www.showings.com) online access.
Enhancement	Add/edit - Edit Listings	The option "Showing Service" has been removed from the Showing Instructions field. The Appointment phone will automatically default to the CSS appointment phone number when entering a new listing.	The Appointment field is editable. If you do not want to use the CSS phone number simply remove the default number and update.
Enhancement	Add/Edit - Property List	A new button called "Showing Instructions" will be added to the Property List page as an option. This will log you into CSS online for the listing(s) selected.	Once you have a new active listing in the system it takes up to 30 minutes for the listing to update to CSS.
Enhancement	Add/Edit - Save Confirmation	When saving a listing from the Edit page you will now have a link to CSS on the Save Confirmation page.
Enhancement	Agent Full Report	A new CSS icon has been added to the Listing Information section on the agent full report. This icon will allow you to login to CSS online and setup a showing for that listing.	Listings that have CSS's 704 or 800 number as the appointment phone the CSS icon will appear. If the appointment phone is different the CSS link will not appear.
Enhancement	Agent Brief Report	A new CSS icon has been added to the Listing Information section on the agent brief report. This icon will allow you to login to CSS online and setup a showing for that listing.	Listings that have CSS's 704 or 800 number as the appointment phone the CSS icon will appear. If the appointment phone is different the CSS link will not appear.
Fix	Remove Single Family Attached	The new "Single Family Attached" field that was added to TEMPO on October 16, 2007 has been removed. The field was misunderstood and being misused. CMLS staff attempted to define "single family attached" to give members guidance on the field's intended use, but municipalities within the CMLS service area have varying standards. Therefore, the field has been disabled.	The "Single Family" property category can only be used for detached single-family housing. Any dwelling that is attached to another dwelling must be listed under either Condo/Townhouse or Multi-Family property categories.

Member Roster - Search by Member - Click on the last name to bring up the member information and you will see an agent photo appear if uploaded in the system.
Enhancemnet	Add/Edit - Exterior Features	Inground irrigation has been added as an option to the Exterior Features for Condo/Townhouse
Ehancement	Add/Edit	The field Agent/Owner is now an option you can select when entering a listing.	This will be displayed as A/O on the TEMPO™ reports in the Listing Information section.
Enhancement	Add/Edit - Interior Features	Elevator has been added as an option to the Interior Features for Single Family and Condo Townhouse
Enhancement	Archive Search	The Bonus field changes are now tracked in the Archive Search.	The bonus field with start tracking on October 16 going forward.
Enhancement	Add/Edit, Quick Search	2 new fields to accommodate Auction listings have been added. This option is available under Single Family, Condo/Townhosue, Multi-Family, Lots/Acres/Farm and Commercial.	When adding a listing you will have the option to setup your listing as an auction listing under Add/Edit. These fields are not required. For more information on Auction listings contact the CMLS Help Desk.
Enhancement	Reports - Compensation display	If compensation is reported on a listing and is less that 1% it will now display with a zero in the whole number place.	Example: 0.8% instead of .8%
Enhancement	Prospect/Client Gateway	The Auto Notify will start to limit the types of price changes sent as an update.	When a price change of $500 or more has been made to a lsitng that is 75K or less the system will send this as an update in the Auto-Notify. When a price change of $1000 or more has been made to a listing that is 75K or more the system will send this as
Fix/Correction	Quick Search - Schools	In correct spelling of high school Ardrey Kell has been removed.
Fix/Correction	Lots/Acres/Farm - Customer Brief Reports	The Customer Brief report displayed school names incorrectly.
Enhancement	Quick Search	MLS# Search has founds its way to the Quick Search for all of the Categories	You must select a valid status as criteria when conducting this search. If your're not sure use ALL for the Status.
Enhancement	Add/Edit, Quick Search	A new field has been added so "Single Family Attached" homes can be identified under the Single Family Category	This option will appear under Add/Edit when entering a listing and available on the Single Family Quick Search Page.

Enhancement	TEMPO™ Homepage - Agent Desktop	Agent Desktop is a user-configurable home page that replaces the current home page in the TEMPO™ System.	You can use the Preference options at the corner this page to reconfigure the Agent Desktop. For more information on how to use this page click on the Help Icon (?) then Home Page.
Enhancement	Search - Combo View (MLS and Tax Information)	The Combo View is an alternative view of search results. When a listing is selected in the Combo View , it displays photos in a slide show, a map of the listing and you can choose to view MLS or Tax Information. There is also a Combo View report that displays Tax and MLS information along with the map and primary photo.	Once you run a quick search (or custom search) the combo view button will be available at the bottom of the search results page. For more information on the Combo View click on the Help Icon (?) - Search - Quick Search. You will have to scroll down to the Combo View section.
Enhancement	Search - Realist CMA Wizard Integration	The Realist comparables are being integrated into the TEMPO™ Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) Wizard, allowing you to pull unlisted properties from the Realist tax database directly in to the TEMPO™ CMA Wizard.	Once you run a quick search (or custom search) the CMA Wizard button will be available, as usual. When going through the CMA Wizard step #6 you will have the option to use "Search Tax Records for Additional Comparable Properties". For more information on the Realist CMA Wizard Integration click on the Help Icon (?) - Search - CMA.
Enhancement	Search - Open House Search	The updated Open House Search has additional features for searching and creating custom Open House searches. It's also a precursor of how all searches will eventually work in the TEMPO™ system.	For more information on the Open House search click on Help (?) - Search - Open House Search.
Enhancement	Search - Open House Search Manager	The Open House Search Manager allows you to use system default Open House searches or previously used and created Open House searches.	For more information on the Open House Search Manager click on Help (?) - Search - Open House Search.
Enhancement	Add/Edit - New Listing	"Loft" has been added to the Type field as a new option.	This option is available under the categories Condo/Townhouse and Rentals.
Enhancement	Add/Edit - New Listing	"Cooktop Electric" and "Cooktop Gas" has been added to the Equipment field as new options.	This option is available under the categories Single Family, Condo/Townhouse, Multi-Family, and Rentals.
Enhancement	Add/Edit - New Listing	"Boat Ramp" has been added to the Community Features field as a new option.	This option is available under the categories Single Family, Condo/Townhouse, Multi-Family and Lots/Acres/Farm.
Update	Head Broker Tools - Office Participation	The following companies have been added to the Office Participation table: Prospect Plus, Showing Time, and The Real Estate Book.	To allow your office listings access to these companies the Broker-In-Charge has to update the Office Participation in TEMPO™. My Page - Head Broker Tools - Office Participation - select the office - select yes or no. (You may have to contact each of these companies for additional setup fees)
Update	Search - Quick Search - Download	When conducting a Search and selecting Download choose the format Pocket Real Estate and download 7500 listings into a tab-delimited file type.	The previous download limit was 1500
Correction/Fix	Prospects - Updating Custom Searches and Client Gateway	Previously when updating custom searches for prospects the system removed all listings from the Client Gateway search. The system did not send listings that match the updated custom search to the Gateway. The system has been fixed to send listings that match the updated criteria to the Gateway the next time auto-notify runs.	Listings added under Favorites, Possibilities and Rejects are not affected.
Correction/Fix	Reports - Agent Inventory and Productivity Reports.	The TEMPO™ Agent Inventory and Agent Productivity reports will now include listings if you were the co-listing and/or co-selling agent.	View your Agent Inventory reports to make sure they are accurate if you were listed as the co-listing and/or co-selling agent on a listing.
Correction/Fix	Reports - Archive Search printing	There is now a printer friendly button available on the Archive search results page for better printing results of this report.
Correction/Fix	Add/Edit - New Listing	When using "Get Tax Data" the street names will no longer populate into the listing from the tax records.
Correction/Fix	Customer Report	RTF files are no longer available on the Customer Report media page.
Correction/Fix	Add/Edit	The system will no longer allow the pipe "\|" sign to be typed in the directions, remarks, agent remarks, company remarks and image descriptions fields.

The following changes are scheduled to occur with our Thursday, February 22, 2007 publish.

Enhancement	Single Family and Condo/Townhouse -Add/Edit	Several suggestions were made to add a 3rd Floor option due to the increasing number of 3 level homes in our MLS Area. There are 5 new Third Level options for SGF and CND listings. The five new fields are: Third Level Rooms, Heated SqFt: Third, Unheated SqFt Third, Full Baths: Third, Half Baths: Third.	When adding a new listing, or editing an existing listing, you will be prompted to update these fields. If these fields do not relate to your listing please fill in accordingly (use none for Third Level Rm and "0" for Baths and SqFt fields).
Enhancement	Condo/Townhouse - Add/Edit	"Third" has been added as an option for the field "Entry Level".	Update listings that are 3 Levels if the Entry level is on the thrid floor.
Enhancement	Add/Edit	"Bonus Rm" option available under Main, Upper, Third, Basement and Lower Level Rooms
Update	Email Listings	"Send me a copy" is now the default when sending e-mails from TEMPO™	You will always have the option to uncheck this option at the time when sending an e-mail
Update	CMA Wizard	Informational text (Photo size and type) is available when adding photos in the CMA Wizard	300k or less, File type has to .JPG
Update	Add/Edit - New Listings and Full Reports (Realist)	The Add/Edit Listings - New Listings - Get Tax Data Function will start working for additional counties. Parcel Id links on Full Reports will link to new available counties in Realist	The parcel id has to be entered in the correct format for the link to work on the Full reports. New available counties in Realist: Alexander, Anson, Catawba, Cleveland, Rowan, Chester, Lancaster and York.
Fix	My Page - Head Broker Report	Agent Performance report displayed agent's name twice. The Agent Performance report has been corrected
Fix	Client Gateway - Customer Reports	The HOA field was missing on the Customer Full Reports in Client Gateway.
Fix	Client Gateway - Customer Reports	The Fireplace field displayed floor options instead of Fireplace options.
Fix	Client Gateway -Custom Search - \|_Unfinshed_Prospect_Search_\|	Creating a custom search through the Client Gateway Add New Prospect function in certain circumstances would automatically name the search \|_Unfinshed_Prospect_Search_\| This has been resolved.
Fix	Custom Search names (expanded to 50 characters when modifying)	Client Gateway allowed a custom search name of 50 characters, but when modifying a custom search it cuts of the name at 25 characters thus creating a new custom search. Searches can now have up to 50 Characters for the name.

Fix/Correction	Add/Edit Listing and Quick Search (SGF,CND, MUL, LOTS)	55 and Older' is no longer under Type. It has been moved to Community Features.	Listings that previously had '55 and Older' as the Type will maintain the option under Community Features.
Fix/Correction	Prospect - Reverse Prospect	Reverse Prospecting did not search on Rentals listings . You can now run Reverse Prospecting for Rental listings.
Fix/Correction	Add/Edit Listing	The system allowed Duplicate Listings when setting an off market listing back to Active. Checks have been added to make sure duplicate listings don't occur in the system.
Fix/Correction	Client Gateway Customer Reports	The Complex Name did not appear on Condo/Townhouse Customer Reports on Client Gateway.
Fix/Correction	Financials – Buyers – Qualification Con – L.T.V.	Previously the L.T.V. field on the Financial Buyers - Qualification - Con sheet only had the values of 85%, 90%, 95% and 97%. Now you can select a drop down menu with values from 70% to 100%.
Enhancement	End User License Agreement (EULA) introduced	The EULA formalizes the collective ownership interests of listing agents, brokerages and CMLS. On a quarterly basis, CMLS applies for group registration of the copyright. Enhancement	Advance Navigation Bar	TEMPO™ users will notice a new Advance Navigation bar at the top of the screen that features a more modern look and feel, with icons and drop down menus that are easier to use. Some of the menus and sub-menus have also been updated.	My Page menu now contains sub-menu options for Head Broker, Office Broker, and Ranking Reports (these options are available according to an individual’s permission level). Enhancement	Search - Open House Search	The Advanced Open House Search features a more modern look and feel, and introduces a new way to search for open houses.	The enhancement introduces a new way to search for open houses. There are two tabs, Search Criteria and Search Results. For more information on how to use this new functionality click on the Help '?' icon then go to Search - Open House Search.
Enhancement	My Page - Head Broker/Office Broker	Specific Head Broker and Office Broker Reports search have been updated. Enhancement	Inactivity Timeout Feature	In order to keep the MLS secure, TEMPO™ has been equipped with a timeout feature that will log you off after a period of inactivity.	TEMPO™ will now time out after 60 minutes of inactivity. There is also a new Log off button as well.
