The TEMPO system is a Web-based MLS solution provided by First American MLS Solutions. It provides access to thousands of residential listings in 10 counties, including the high-growth Charlotte area. The TEMPO system includes 11 years of history data, a CMA function, custom report generation, data downloading, online tax data and prospecting. CMLS Subscribers receive regular information updates on the MLS and technology issues through the TEMPO Agent Desktop, "e-Headlines" and Realtor® Reflections magazine.

From time to time, CMLS Subscribers inappropriately direct their buyers and sellers to the CMLS Help Desk with questions. Members should call the Help Desk to get the answers their clients seek. As a policy, CMLS Help Desk staff redirects calls from buyers and sellers back to the members, or back to the members’ managing brokers.
