Mac OS X Lion 10.7 Compatibility with MarketLinx MLS Systems

The IDS Mac client compatibility fix for Apple release of OS X Lion 10.7 has been installed.
Mac OS X Lion users will need to do the following to receive the fix:

• Navigate to http://ids.marketlinx.com/nativemac.html from their default browser on the Mac.
• Install the IDS Links program over top of the current installation (uninstall is not needed first).
• Launch the IDS icon to access the application.

TEMPO™ is now available on your Mac!

CMLS has arranged to offer its members IDS, an application you can run on your Apple computer that will give you full access to TEMPO. Follow the instructions below to download and install the IDS program. Once IDS is installed, you will log in to TEMPO by double-clicking the IDS icon on your desktop, then choosing “CMLS,” and entering your TEMPO username and password.

The IDS program creates a “virtual environment” for TEMPO, which means that there is no need to use an Internet browser, Windows emulator or dual-boot software. Once it is installed, it will run just like any other program you have on your computer. The icon can even be added to the Dock for quick access.

Please note: This program will only work with standard Mac computers. It is not compatible with the iPad or iPhone.

Uploading Files Using IDS provides instructions on how to upload pictures to a listing in TEMPO™ using the IDS client for MACs. This process can be used for adding attachments to a listing as well.

Are you being prompted for a server address or a server username and password when trying to log into TEMPO? This zip file contains a new shortcut that you should copy to your desktop or dock. Delete your previous shortcut and always run IDS using this shortcut.
