Everyone who physically accesses the TEMPO system for any reason must be registered with CMLS. This includes Member Participants, Subscribers, and all licensed and unlicensed assistants or office administrators who work in your office and access the system to input or update listings. Please complete the appropriate form and fax it to the Member Services Department at 704-940-3101, or scan it and send it to membership@carolinahome.com.
Member Participant Form - For members who are starting their own company and have been designated by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) as a broker-in-charge (BIC).
Subscriber Form - For members who are working for a member firm under the direction of the Designated Realtor®/BIC.
Assistant Form - For licensed or unlicensed assistants and/or office administrators who assist any member or agent in an office with the TEMPO system. Creating a shared identity in TEMPO - Using a shared identity in TEMPO lets you assume all of the rights and privileges of another user without having to know their login ID and password. When a user shares their identity with you, it's as if they were sitting behind the keyboard themselves. All custom settings, saved searches, etc., are available to you.
