New Member Management Database Conversion is Underway!

As we recently announced, Canopy is converting to a more robust, user-friendly member database that will also help to expedite applications and requests. 

As with any major upgrade in technology platforms, some services will be temporarily impacted. However, Matrix will not be affected.

When

The conversion begins Monday, March 8 at 2 p.m. and will run through Tuesday, March 9 at 5 p.m.

Temporary service impacts

The following services will be unavailable until the conversion is complete:

  • Realtor® Store item purchases/pick-up. You will be unable to purchase items from the Realtor® Store on Monday, March 8 and Tuesday, March 9. Item pick-up will not be available on Wednesday, March 10. Item pick-up will resume on Friday, March 12.


  • Canopy Real Estate Institute class registration (except for CE). Registration will be unavailable for pre-licensing, post-licensing and designation classes until Wednesday, March 10. HOWEVER, you can still register online for continuing-education classes at https://realtimelearn.com/canopyce/


  • Phones, voicemail and email in Member Services. While staff works through the conversion, phones, voicemail and email will be temporarily suspended in Member Services beginning at 2 p.m. on March 8.  Phone and email support will resume Wednesday, March 10 at 8:30 a.m. All other departments will be accessible via phone and email. MLS Support will be available for MLS-related issues only.

New member portal is coming soon

Once the conversion is complete, you will receive information about how to access your new member portal. The new portal will provide seamless access to your member services, billing preferences and much more!
